WALKER KIDS MISSION STATEMENT: Walker Kids Ministry exists to train the next generation to love and follow God, while strengthening the family. "Train up a child in the way he should go, and when he is old, he will not turn from it." Proverbs 22:6

PARENTS: What your children need most is time with you. Be intentional! You have about 3285 hours a year with your children, but we have less than 60 hours a year with them. You have more influence in your child's life than we ever will. Our desire is to make some of that time "count!"

CHILDREN'S CHURCH: Children K - 5th grade are invited to be dismissed to Children's Church during the 11:00 a.m. worship service.

UPWARD: Every child plays. Every child learns. Every child is a winner. Upward is an evangelistic sports ministry specifically designed for K5 through sixth grade boys and girls that promotes salvation, character, and self-esteem in every child.

We will have pre-registration during the summer. Upward evaluations will be August 20th & August 22nd . Practices will begin the week of August 29th. Games will be on Saturdays from September 17th- November 5th. Awards Night will be Sunday evening, November 6, 2011.

A national Awana survey reveals when parents and churches follow the Bible's plan for raising youth spiritually, kids are prepared to follow Christ for a lifetime. Join us Wednesday nights for clubs at 6:30 p.m. Other activities are scheduled through the summer.
